GHS has pretty much everything covered. While they don't offer a pacakge set in these gauges:
012 016 36 46 56
I think you'll find it's no problem to get a custom electrict set from them. I even ordered a 17-70 set from them once.
Also, most reasonably friendly guitar places will put a custom set together for you.
