i'll give this one a whirl, but all of the megadeth that i've heard seemed about five ticks too slow and way too serious. like, the self-importance was causing the sixteenth notes to get trapped in tar... plus, mustaine is a ginger dorkwad who always looks whiny and snively.

just in case anyone still thinks i'm a 31 year old man and not a 14 year old ruffian in a denim jacket - i spent some time this afternoon at the local bookstore, looking at the halen pix in that new zlozower book - and i totally didn't buy that book. man, i didn't buy anything!

i gave it a whirl - what better way to celebrate christmas! - and it's just not doing much for me. i tried, but the baroque opening & the really awkward syncopation in the verses overshadowed the admittedly wikked shrieking and guitar deedlying.
