I used to make Steak and Kidney Pies sometimes. Last place I cooked at there was an elderly British couple who hadn't had a decent one for years so I made them a couple and they were very happy.
Mmmm.. lamb kidneys.. so sweet.
Shouldn't you be making Steak and Kidney cakes instead? Huh shouldn't you
cake lover? Or have you adopted sanity as your mental state?
Yeah but thumbs up to pot pies. Even the cheap Swanson ones get the job done.

I tried to make a steak and kidney cake, but the liver-frosting wouldn't hold up.

Recipes, anyone? I've tried making pot pies from scratch and I can never get the crust to turn out "just so".
If you do have a recipe, you might wanna actually post it in the
recipes thread and link it here.

How can anyone disagree with poetry this sublime. As far as my aversion to peas, it stems from early childhood trauma. I was beaten by a pea.

I like fresh peas, frozen peas, mushy peas, peas in a can.
More peas for me, thank you and please, I remain an avid fan.

There was a man named Zom who was ruthless.
He'd lay you out for fashion uncouthness.
But should you be a pea,
He'd exclaim love for thee
So round! So green! And you don't hurt my mouth which is toothless!

I eat my peas with honey
I've done so all my life
it makes the peas taste funny
but it keeps them on my knife

Very nice.
Hopefully I'll be able to replace the one missing tooth when I sell the Veleno.
