ok at first I thought this was it... but its on SE Belmont.. and it shows movies, the place I was talking about was an arcade in kind of an old movie theater. Had like two floors.. for some reason there was some type of circus atmosphere. Hmmmmmmm.. I'll have to search it out when Im back in Portland this summer.
