241979 Mighty Mite Stratocaster. This showed up yesterday. I bought it to re-sell but am going to sell something else instead. It's a killer guitar. The bridge pickup was dead so I put in a 70's Dimarzio that sounds ace!

Some of the Mighty Mite necks were really good- they also made a great chrome Thunderbird bass pickup reissue in the 80's.I love '70's coffee-table parts Strats that aren't trying to be Strats. I'm totally a fan of 70's hot rod strats and they're a pretty great value these days since they're not exactly in demand. This picture has the Mighty mite pickup in it. They were probably copying Dimarzio or maybe even made by them. The neck is awesome. Charvel was making the Mighty Mite necks in '79 and that's what this one feels like although Boogie Bodies could have made it as well. 50's Fender vibe.

27The knobs and pickguard are excellent.
