That's a picture of an irate cartoon fieldmouse's head. He's got a pompodour and a kind of Wolfman Jack whisker/beard thing going on. We're looking down on him, and he's looking up, though not at us. Mouth is open, maybe yelling.

not sure. it was a link to a picture of a monkey that looked like the latte. but now there's that deep link stuff... they musta got a zillion times more downloads of that one pic than others or something, and caught on.
