i'm not so much on the box compared to the sleek and the swoop thereafter, but i'm with you in spirit

i cut off at '68 b/c that's the super-highest of the high period chevies for me, but '69-'72 is still basically 'the shit'

Gonna have to agree with you on the AMCs...
although the old AMC muscle cars are fantastic, the most awesomest AMCs are the Eagles. Particularly the SX/4s (the ones with the late 70's style AMX bodies... only with a lift kit and 4 wheel drive... I owned two of them). I had to sell my 3" lifted Eagles cause I realized that I would rather spend stupid money on microphones rather than replacing busted rear main seals and trannys.

Take Amy's spicy chili (found at your local whole foods), warm it up, then - here's where it gets tough - mush some fritos up WITH YOUR HANDS and toss them in the chili. Carefully take pre-packaged shredded cheese (I prefer cheddar but any of the yellow variety works) and place a large amount on top of the chili-frito concoction. Stir. Put back in microwave and warm is cheese refuses to melt. Stir. Eat. You will be amazed at how good this is. The recipe is a little complicated but after a few tries, it pays off.
