My Kramer 450B project is coming along. Long ago the neck bolts holes had been stripped. I found a tap and die set at the shop...it never gets used, but I'm going to retap the holes if I can make it work. Already had been converted to 4 bolts thru the wood, which is working fine. I also just got the schaller bridge for it. hope to be 1-2 weeks out from putting it up for sale.

Picked up another EGC F-style bolt-on neck and some random new parts. Looks like I'm doing some guitar surgery again this weekend.

If the holes are too stripped to be retapped, a helicoil may fix them for what you want to do.Something like this.
