22Can't find a better picture of this, but...... this guy taught me about guitar building back when I was 15.

Use your words, man!Sorry. What are the design features that make this guitar more suitable for a woman's body?

For something like a flute, no big deal, but for an instrument that is literally strapped to one's body, design makes a difference. So, it's cool to take all the population into account when designing an instrument rather than half the population. It's cool to do ANYTHING to kill the idea that guitar is a boys club. It's cool to encourage women and girls that they can participate and belong in an area where thy have been both actively and passively discouraged.But... I'm Ben Adrian, not Ben Abraham. Perhaps Ben Abraham just wants more lady musicians to skeeve upon. Perhaps he wants equal rights for all. I'm not sure.Wow dude, calm down. I was not asking that. I think it's cool.

28People have said this guitar looks stupid. I personally disagree. I think it looks rad. I've also been told it's been designed specifically for a woman's body, that's pretty cool. I'd rock this in a heartbeat.

I make verbal blunders all the time. The easiest way to real that comment is that you don't know why a company would design a guitar with a woman in mind. Most of us read it that way. It brings me back to twenty plus years ago when I'd be at a show and the bassist in my band would get the loud comment, a girl bass player? there's no good girl bass players. girls can't play bass. Shit like this happened all the time. So, I'm quick to jump when I see even potential dumb shit. It was obviously just a misunderstanding and a curt response open to bad interpretation. My comment on Ben Abraham, well, we all know he's pretty shifty. Ben Adrian uses a Line 6 wireless. I assume it models a guitar cable. His insinuations to my character should not be taken seriously.

What are the design features that make this guitar more suitable for a woman's body? This article is a good overview of the design process of this guitar:http://www.core77.com/posts/47881/Is-Th ... ric-GuitarGreat article. Fender Strats have had a body cut to accommodate men's potbellies since the 50s. It's nice that the 21st century has a guitar which is more comfortable for women's breasts.
