I kind of like Dear Nora, which is on Magic Marker records. This seems like a gae label, almost a K records sort of thing, but she's good. She reminds me on Nina Nastasia- if she sang about animals and the like. Female Bonny Billy singing in the mountains.

4. Slint--Spiderland (Yeah, I hadn't listened to it in years, and then after the show at Park West, I had to go home and listen to it again)
5. Taking Pictures--Unreleased CD-R (Their new album...one of, if not the best unsigned band in Chicago...Hurl, Milemarker, Speaking Canaries dudes...but y'all probably knew that right?)
