hah, I once said something like 'other records he engineers sound way better than Converge', someone tipped him off and he came here and responded. He was nice enough about it, saying Converge's aesthetic is determined by the whole band and not just him, which was reasonable.

Baptists are another band who are like Converge but with more gut-punch.

I can't remember if it was a conversation I had with Kurt or something I read in an interview, but he said something like they tried to make the records sound the way it feels when they're playing live in a smallish room, where it's so loud it feels like the building's about to collapse. I thought that was cool.

It's not for me but N/C and Kurt's always been real nice when I've hung out with him.

Never really gotten into this. I gave this band a chance like seventeen different times and just had to stop the song half way through.

It sounds if someone sped up System Of Down x2.

I mean, crap not crap, who's to judge... Not crap, infinity waffles.
Nothing major here. Just a regular EU cock. I pull it out and there is beans all over my penis. Bean shells all over my penis...

i was pretty much the same for years but then in about 2013 i was giving "Axe To Fall" another crack and the clouds parted, the planets aligned, and "Dark Horse" suddenly sounded thrilling as hell. Maybe i wasnt playing it all loud enough

I've seen them a ton and every time they play a big room they've sounded off. When they play smaller rooms they're unbeatable, but their show or sound or whatever never seems to translate to bigger theaters. I think the first time I saw them was with Kylesa, Some Girls, Modern Life is War, and Gospel in a bar above a laundry mat in Wilmington NC, easily one of my favorite shows.
