He was even better before it was retooled for the States, but that's how it tends to go.

Mine is the logo from a long defunct airline that was based out of Minneapolis (well, the airport, so not really Minneapolis, but still).

In the early 2000s I'd thought to make an avatar with the head replaced by some object. I found a clip-art person in a lab coat and photographed one of the 6V6s from my Alamo amp. A bit of Photoshop tweaking later, and I had this image. (Slight changes in the angle of the tube resulted in very different body language implications.)

As a kid I lived and died for this show. It actually got me way into all sorts of Japanese monster stuff.

Quake changed my life. My friends mom had a Apple running it and one day she pulled me from our D and D game and said. "Mickey check this out. This is right up your ally." She was up at like 5 am the next morning and I just watched here till like 10 am kicking the shit out of it. She was also the one who got me addicted to CIV 2 so, yeah, good mother to hang out with.
