Pineapple can be great, but the last time I had it was about twelve hours after puking and that was a huge mistake.

Those mangoes that appear for a month or so from India and Pakistan, Alphonsos (?), are one of the best things I've ever tasted.
Also Sicilian blood oranges, which usually appear just after Christmas.

I just thought berry is too broad. Strawberries and currants are nothing alike. Same with raspberries and grapes. And so on.

First place for eating straight: apples
Second place for eating straight: melons (all of them)
For pie: peach
For wine: grapes
For cider and brandy: pears
For beer (lambic or Belgian ale): cherries
In cans/jars: peaches
For jam/jelly: some kind of raspy berry, doesn't really matter which
Fuck a banana.
Berries are fine, and presented with them I will eat them, but I could live without them.

That's true. I forgot about the ten options rule when making polls.
That would make it even harder. I can't pick now, with "only" ten fruits.

I voted apple, I eat one most days.
Not a fan of melon, including watermelon.
Grape has no votes yet! Where are the wine aficionados? And, you can freeze seedless grapes and they're great to eat as a snack on a hot day.
