yeah that's what has stopped me so far. 1500 I could swallow without feeling too bad. I'll probably still do it. I'll sell a guitar that brings me no joy.

Juno-6 retailed for $1295 in 1982 (~$3.8K today). It just seems like a lot because we're flooded with cheap goods constantly.

Not that fond of the Juno sound. Too plastic 80s. If they're reissuing something I would've preferred the Jupiter. Maybe it'll come?

One of the things mentioned in that video is the current Roland expansion platform. I would think this would make it likely to allow for a Jupiter algorithm to go on that keyboard...or as a plug-in even - but this is pure speculation on my part.

There’s also that Juno module? JU60 I think? I have an HS-60, which is a 106 with speakers, and it’s a fun synth, but if I had to do it as keyboard +module I’d probably be happy.
