That's twelvepoint! I would have definitely been up for Bailter Space live at one point, but less so now with hearing issues..
Shit! I even hit the back button twice to be sure and still got it wrong. Sorry!

The thought remains, tho.

Which isn't that far, but also not far enough to justify an overnight stay so that meant tired late night drives back, no drinking.. blech. Gets old.
Any time I was ever on I-88/I-290 for more than an hour and a half to go less than sixty miles?

That was more of a hassle than driving out of the state or out of the country to see bands.

That stretch can just be infuriating.

i have traveled interstate via plane, bus, car or train and stayed at friends, hotels or backpackers a bit. I think it's kind of normal in Australia as often bands or people will only play one or two states.

Dirty 3/Black Heart Procession
Nina Nastasia and Jim White
Dead Meadow
Stars of the Lid/Cuts Hands/Emptyset etc
ATP Mount Buller (Nick Cave, Harmonia, James Blood Ulmer, Smog, Dirty 3, Dead Meadow etc)
Nels Cline & Oren Ambarchi (probably done if for Oren a few times)

Feel like i'm forgetting a lot.
