We are also opening Caterwaul Fest on Friday May 23 at 7:30 at Mortimers. Shaun's main band with Nick Sakes, Upright Forms, is playing Saturday. Buildings is reuniting for a set just before Pissed Jeans on Sunday, and fucking FACS is closing Friday night 6 bands after us. I could not be more excited to open for any band or event. Wow.

We opened Caterwaul almost two weeks ago in Minneapolis at Morts and got to share a stage with FACS who I love. I have been out of town since then so I am only now posting this here. We had a great time, got a lot of nice comments, and played in front of the largest crowd for us so far. Shaun also turned in an excellent set the next day with Upright Forms.



Also got tee shirts made. I think they turned out nice. We used Tee Squared in MPLS. Great people and prices. They even have a band discount.

The next Blacklighter show is August 14 at Acadia in MPLS. Another power trio run from us and our friends Hellseher and King Caesar

Next one is coming up in a few weeks. This will be show #6 for us. Thursday Sept 4 at the Eagles 34 club.

Tonight! Second to last chance to see us this year. After this we are at the White Squirrel on November 6th then we are taking a winter break. That will be 7 shows in 12 months. Not bad for a band that started out as a joke on the PRF.
