I couldn't care less about what a human does with / to their own body in search of what works for them.

The overarching response to all of these bullshit culture wars is to evaluate whether this negatively impacts someone's life.

The answer to that question in this instance is "No. It doesn't impact anyone's life negatively."

If you think that proper pronoun usage according to a language that was purposefully evolved to quickly identify social classes is something to care about and spend time thinking about, then I contend I have problems to solve you clearly have time to help me with.
