Read Only Memory remains my favorite thing they ever did.
OK so this might be my favorite thing too. I love the consistency, kind of a fucked up concept mini-album.

I want to make a Halloween costume for The Jaw just so when people ask me what I am I can say "I'm just the Jaw." What a strange song, like a terrible bad trip.

So there's a point about a minute into the first track on Read Only Memory ("You Can't See Them - They Can't Touch You"), evokes in my mind the image of a mechanical Jimi Hendrix replica experiencing a glitch.

Overall, a very visual band in that their music evokes images.

A few years back, I think maybe before Covid, Chrome played Cactus Club in Milwaukee, and it was the loudest show I have ever attended.

Now when I say "loudest show I have ever attended," I want you to understand the scale of what I am saying. I'm not using hyperbole in the least. I have seen Juicifer. Christopher from the Conformists once referred to my band as "Christ-rapingly loud." No, sir. We are NOTHING. Chrome had my tinnitus clanging non-stop for what felt like a week after. Insane decibels and some really absurd amounts of treble. One of the best performances I have ever witnessed, too. Obviously not crap.
