They're even getting their theocracy wrong. As has been mentioned elsewhere on this board, this kind of law is in clear violation of Exodus 21:22, which makes it pretty clear that the God of Abraham and Isaac (and, apparently, Texas) does not consider a fetus to be a life.

That's right, Governor Rick Perry of Texas. It's the Supreme Court's fault.

So the Supreme Court had better look out. You see, this "arrogant, out of control [and] unaccountable judiciary" is probably going to have to "answer for their behavior" in this case, too.
