As Polish as Wodka Wyborowa is...

As Polish as Grandma Kempski's czarnina.

Also... like Fuller, I don't know what became of Peter.

I will actually only join a band if one of the members knows where the good pierogies are at. Zablocki, Zaluckyj, Sieracki...

This is a good rule. I think I am now going to select band members based on their culinary detective skills.

We had the pleasure of playing w/ them a few times. Great band, especially the song about the girl that finds out she was conceived while her hippie parents were on LSD.

Reunion!

My wife's grandma makes awesome pierogies. Their family moved from Chicago to Orange County about 25 years ago, though.

Still, I'll bring you some... now let's rock.

Got to see Dis- twice, both times were great. They played at my college (CMU in Pittsburgh) twice- once opening for A Minor Forest (before their CDs came out, they were selling that lock grooved 12"), and then once with Shellac/Uzeda/Hurl. Man, that was a great show. Nearly as good as the Shellac/Don Caballero/Rodan/Brick Layer Cake show. I was lucky- there were so many great shows/bands in Pittsburgh during those years...
