They ARE amazing! I can't stop! I can imagine watching them live, I can imagine it being completely fucked up, intense, deafening and WEIRD. All the things I love about music! I'm upset, I guess I'll never see them just like I'll never see the Jesus Lizard *sobs all over keyboard*

I read this entire thread.

I LOL-ed very hard till I thought I would choke on my sandwich
I keep trying to watch these songs at work and the girls in my office complain and make me turn it off after 30 seconds every time.
Hopefully they'll go home at four and I can spend the last hour of my day exploring the band that is Complete.

the greatest band ever surely would have been the guys who came together for Kind of Blue
Bill Evans
Miles
Trane
Cannonball
that band was the greatest if for a brief moment in time

This forum's Sparky is also called Mark.
Come to think of it, that's not really funny.

I just watched "Hoogie Boogie Land", "Hot as Hell" and "Beautiful Sunrise".
The singer is amazing. He's lost in some primal state - it's awesome. I love him.
The whole band occasionally rocks as well. In fact, I'd honestly say I enjoyed it.
Like someone else here said, it made me smile. I laughed at first, but once I'd gotten past the hilarity of it all, I kind of digged it in a bemused way.
I reckon they'd slay live - without irony. That lead singer is intense yet funny at the same time. And I like the way he only has about three different phrasings. He's amazing.
Salut, Complete - would listen again. Not on a regular basis, but once in a while. I like it.

Man...I knocked one of my front teeth out in March. I'm getting it replaced, via implant most likely, but I'm going through UIC dental college so it's gonna take-has taken- for-fucking-ever.
That being said, it's not gonna be done by Halloween, and my Halloween costume has totally gotta be Curtis Complete.
In fact, if anybody in Chicago wants to put together a Complete tribute band and play a Halloween party, I'd be all over that shite.
I'm serious.

Fuck the naysayers on this board. Complete are not crap! Someone needs to track these guys down and send them to Electrical so Steve can engineer an album for them.
