Weird marketing for them but Fender filed trademark papers for SUNN in 2022
Just gonna be a Hot Rod Deville put into a fake Model T head box!
Impractical AND boring
Wouldn't be shocked. The Model T reissue had a lot of the early-90s Fender Red Knob series DNA in it. Those are much better sounding amps than the Hot Rods, at least.

This one put a bit of a smile on my face. Even if this particular era of Eddie's sound is more of a "Nostalgia..." thing versus his earlier sound.

I think teenaged me would have quite enjoyed having one of these Speak-N-Spell Guitar Amps in my childhood bedroom.
I know other tiny amps existed way back then but there's something about the form factor and the on-board effects that feels odd, new, and appealing.
It has delay!

Remember when the Korg NuTube was going to change everything by being a modern pcb mount vacuum tube? Well I forgot all about it until the algorithm suggested this video, and let me tell you these pedals sound like shit.

At one point, there was a cool splattery sound when he turned the trim pots with the nail file just so.
