He's hit the ceiling, only his cult is going to vote for him, and they didn't win the election for him the last time or much of the MAGA candidates in the mid-terms. There's absolutely nothing he has done to make a good case for himself. His only shot was Biden being too old and feeble.

Unfortunately the Rock The Vote turnout is usually pretty low, maybe a little better for Obama 2008 but I don't think this will be that.
I dunno, something feels different about this.. When you think one IG post from Swift got thousands of people to register to vote, if these guys combined decide to mobilise their base it could make a big difference. Especially if their moms are talking about Roe V Wade too.

I cannot believe how much things have changed in the past few weeks.
Went from being very nervous about Biden losing to Trump.
To being shocked that our Secret Service nearly allowed Trump to be assassinated.
Immediately followed by being completely terrified that Trump would trounce Biden.
Then relieved when Biden withdrew.
Then amazed that nearly the entire left embraced Harris.
And now feeling optimistic that Harris is going to beat Trump, who has done literally NOTHING to try to wrangle in moderates and independents.
We still have three months to go though.

Fuckery is the remaining bullet point on their Things To Do List and that includes violence.

And the inevitable shenanigans come certification time. My prediction is that a couple of rural counties in swing states will arbitrarily hold out and then it will go viral, eventually with significant pockets of the country following suit and potentially erupting into violence.

Why wait? They've been priming themselves to commit acts of violence since before January 6. Nashville has been dealing with several neo-Nazi demonstrations over the past few weeks. Those dummkopfs, as goofy as they look, are inciting violence and don't need an election to light their fuse. Today I've watched videos out of Bristol and Manchester of far-right extremists attacking random black people using the tragedy of the stabbing in Southport to congregate and express their racial hatred and can see the same thing happening in the States. All they need is any excuse because they've been patiently waiting while Trump continues to gather kindling. Violence is all they have left and I don't think its an exaggeration to suggest they've been planning for this moment.

As an educator and first amendment fan, this situation in OK has me on the edge of my seat.

Clearly trying to take advantage of the make-up of current SCOTUS. I think it will fail even there, they are not stupid.
