Due to my only liking ac/dc up until the age of 14, I managed to make it through my formative years relatively unscathed.

By the time the 90's hit things started to "evolve". A lot of sub-par shit was not only recorded, but also held up as somehow important during this era, and I can't think of a more representative example than this record. To this day it is considered to be some sort of classic moment in music.

That is Fey, a Mexican pop singer from the mid-90s.

This was her big hit: "Media Naranja"

Ha. This reminded me of high school. I'll admit, I went around pretending to like this crap in high school because I was insecure.

Then of course I heard Goat and Zen Arcade and the next thing I knew I threw all my Sebadoh albums out. Don't miss them at all...

This might be an obvious choice, but i'm not really trying here because if i did then it would get really bad.

Naturally I was a huge fan of the classic Dinosaur stuff, and I liked the early home-recorded Sebadoh stuff as well. So I really wanted to like it. But man, just try listening to that record now.

Ok, so you were like... 6 when that record came out. How old were you when you owned it?

10. Saw the 'Creep' video on MTV.

And believe me this doesn't even come close to some of the crap i've listened to.
