I spent the last three days swimming with (or at least next to) penguins, with my little dude and lovely partner.

It was a blast. Sometimes I do my best to convince myself otherwise, but I'm a very lucky guy.
Happy birthday lad. Keep going.

Wow, happy birthday Jimmy! I thought I was older than you. I guess we all have one foot in the grave by now, but keep rockin' with that other one!

Thank you very much, gentlemen!
I was kind of stressing about it but something shifted over the weekend and I feel happy and lucky to have gotten this far.
Best to all of you! I'm grateful to still be able to come here and share nice and inspiring things and see everybody grow old too.

An old friend of ours got married to a guy in LA a couple years ago (my partner met him once but I didn't). A few months back, he seemingly changed his mind about being married overnight and would leave for weeks at a time with no communication. Our friend was pretty devastated, had spoken/texted with him maybe twice in recent months, and on the verge of divorcing him.

3 days ago he was murdered and his car is missing. This whole thing is tragic and bizarre, but we mostly cannot fathom what our friend is going through (on top of the last 3 months). We've reached out but, understandably, haven't heard back from her yet.

That’s really awful and tragic. So sorry to hear about it!
