This god damn shit is hard to do. I never realized how often my feet are off in some goofy position.

What's the issue?

a specific kind of plantar fasciitis in the front of my foot that is exacerbated by me sitting for 8 hours a day with bent feet.

It hurts real bad on the right foot at #3. I even have to wear stupid expensive cushiony shoes and everything, which didn't solve the issue entirely. So now I have to try sitting flat footed + foot exercises and using basically a frozen water bottle to roll on my foot.

Getting older is fun!
