I actually like Spiderland...and I'm reconsidering my elvis costello hatred because I like This Year's Model a lot right now...but I still think Costello sounds like Buddy Holly with a sinus infection way too much of the time.

yep. I still think you'd have to be sniffing glue in order to think that and to like the ex at the same time, but whatever. sniffing glue was responsible for some of the ramones' best songs.
