Which is your preferred salty pork product?

Last night while dining on BLT's (house bread, Indiana tomato, Newski bacon,our lettuces and Hellmans). I remembered my late summer lunches when Pop and I had the restaurant. Farm Fresh Tomato, Pancetta, lola rosa and aioli, on fresh baguette.

So which do you prefer?

Bacon or Pancetta?

This sounds like perfection. I'm not a big pork person overall but good crispy bacon is the exception.. tastes like candy!

Our drummer works at Osteria Langhe and it was on the menu one night. One of them jokingly suggested that as the name and it stuck.

I just had a sandwich with some tasty 'nduja (among other Italian meats).
