Yeah... I don't like that Linus Van Pelt . guy at all. I like the fake Linus Van Pelt much better. All that cock gobbling talk sure did make me hungry.
I got a cock in my eye last weekend. See. I was cock-eyed! He he he ha ha ha! Now try to steal this avatar!
Check out my band Knowledge Adventure. It's like I was telling Steve (Urkel) the other day when he was recording us at Winslow Studios in residential Chicago -- "I can take a cock in my eye! Wanna bet?"
Yeah... IP address blocker is the way to go. That guy probably won't figure out how to run a command to release/renew an IP adress... What's DHCP? Doggy Humping Cock Patrol? OK...
Do you know how to find an IP address on this bbs? I'll give you a clue... It has something to do with the avatar and a non-base-10 number system... the clot thickens!

255Gabe and Frank are one? But that means... Frank Zappa had to get John Sebastian to do the theme for his very own T.V. show?! I'm flabbergasted!

256Frank Zappa is a lame-o. He only writes ribald rock songs about poo poo and slutty girls that can't cum. Tasteless, talentless, and titless.
I'm so glad the indie scene is through with all that 70's crap. The excesses of the 70's... Yuk! I just want to dance and feel good. I don't want to hear guitar solos, medieval fugues, or any classical jazz crapola. The only one who did good stuff back then was Eno. He was hot too. He looked like a hot lady. Can and The Velvet Underground were pretty cool too.
Anyway, I'm going to take my wireless laptop over to Applebee's and get some riblets... Maybe we can talk about some cool bands when I'm online again? I can't believe there's so many pages of talk about this guy.
I can sum it up in one sentence: Zappa was a foul, redolent hippy.

257Assuming anyone who hates Zappa either "doesn't get" Zappa, or is a total riblet-munching jerk-off is so March.
Get over it!
Get over it!

258Lou Reed's RRHoF Speech:
"It's very rare in life to know someone who affects things; changes them in a positive way. I've been lucky enough to have known some in my life: Andy Warhol, Doc Pomus. People whose vision and integrity was such that it moved the world a bit. People who, through the articulation of their talents and intelligence, were able to leave things better than they had found them. People who were not only not in it for the money, to paraphrase Frank Zappa. Frank Zappa was such a person and of the many regrets I have in life, not knowing him a lot better is one of them.
"Whether writing symphonies, satirical broadsides or casting a caustic glow across the frontier of madness that makes up the American political landscape; whether testifying before Congress to put the PMRC in its rightful lowly place, or acting as a cultural conduit for President Vaclav Havel and the Czech government, Frank was a force for reason and honesty in the business deficient in those areas. As we reward some with money for the amusement they supply to the cultural masses, I think the induction of Frank Zappa in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame distinguishes the Hall as well as the inductee. [applause]
"Musicians usually cannot speak. That's why they communicate through their instruments. But Frank was one who could. And because music is pure, the musician is pure as well and when Frank spoke he demonstrated the power of purity. Who will do that now? I admired Frank greatly and I know he admired me. It gives me great pleasure to give this award to his daughter, Moon Zappa. "

259Zappa'a whole purpose is to be funny, right? Or clever? Or high on his own ego? He and Prince should have formed a band called Bullshit Filter Needed.

I am not aware of his "purpose" having been any of the above.
He and Prince should have formed a band called Bullshit Filter Needed.
