252Gotcha. I was assuming he was just always rocking heavy metal. Bill Stevenson lives up here somewhere.penningtron wrote: Mon Jan 17, 2022 10:30 amWretch Like Me were much more in the Descendents/ALL vein, who's members produced and released their records (and I think still have a Ft. Collins presence). I saw several shows at the Starlight way back then (turn of the millennium) and played at the Aggie theater once, but I haven't been there in ages. Wretch > Zeke > High on Fire isn't an obvious progression, but dude's a good bass player and I'm happy he ended up in a much better band.losthighway wrote: Mon Jan 17, 2022 10:22 amWhere do people have shows up there lately?GuyLaCroix wrote: Mon Jan 17, 2022 9:56 am

253An rca 44 fell into my lap for $1500.
I was done spending money for a while!

254An EGC strat-heeled bolt-on neck for a body that probably doesn't deserve it.

255An Eminence Kappalite 3015 for TL606 project.
I was going to get the Delta Pro 15A, but figured I would save my back a few pounds.

256Totally worth it - I put one in this brutal EV cab we use for synth and it has reduced complaining by %95. The remaining %5 is when the metal corners jab into your shin on a door frameOwen wrote: Tue Jan 18, 2022 3:02 pm An Eminence Kappalite 3015 for TL606 project.

25780's G&L SB-1 off the Goodwill auction site, looks like it's got replacement pickups so I've also got a current G&L MFD P-bass pickup on the way as well to throw in there.

259This Pile of Mics. There's a handful of decent things in there, and the rest looks ok enough that I could sell it off bit by bit to cover the cost of the whole lot.

The EQs on those are a little unusual - I was told they're active but never really investigated that any further. They seem to work more like a boost/cut and not the normal "dime everything" way that I'm used to with most amps. And the graphic is also surprisingly useful.
I've gotten so much mileage out of mine I'm not selling it + honestly they do not fetch much money anyway.
Also: Nonagon-approved!
