That is an assumption you are apparently comfortable making. There is absolutely no way you can say this with any certainty, or ever prove it to be true. But if you like this assumption, then you can use it.
And here I thought you weren't one of those "maybe we are all just brains in jars" kind of guys.
I like to make jokes to that effect, and while I cannot prove that the allegory of the cave isn't reality, I don't have any strong opinion one way or another about the true nature of reality. I think anyone who has a strong opinion about it is fooling themself. It is absolutely unknowable.

Did you see what I suggested, that one possibility is that these people may have been CIA operatives? Another possibility, one that people naively think is an impossibility, is that these people were sacrificial lambs. The number of Americans who died in the pentagon crash is small potatoes compared to all the shit that uncle sam has undertaken since 9/11. The number of people that uncle sam has killed since 9/11 dwarfs the number of people killed on 9/11. So yeah, they coulda been CIA folks, they coulda been sacrifical lambs, they coulda been disappeared to somewhere when planes were switched, there are just so many possibilities if you put any effort into thinking about it.

Yes, that is what I was suggesting when I pointed out to you that your statement (the one at the top of this message) is pure conjecture, and the reality of the situation is something you could never possibly know.
