I've tried Fender's something and EBS WahOne had a volume pedal mode, but the travel was too short on that and the wah wasn't very good, so... The Fender was okay, IIRC.
Boss FV-500
Yeah that one.

I have an expensive Hilton volume pedal that came with my pedal steel but I always use the Boss FV-500 for electric guitar because I like that the action is ever so slightly more taut, which works better with guitar for some reason.

I also have an old Sho-bud volume pedal I use for an effect with pedal steel, but mainly because it does a weird loading between the pickup and amp, so it sounds more “vintage.” Sometimes they come up cheap, so it might work if you want some colo(u)r. Most people don’t!

A decent pair of headphones for sitting and listening to vinyl. My Sonys MXs have been through the wringer walking around outside for years in the rain and sitting in the bath...

My setup is a Rega Planar 1 Plus (built in phono pre amp), into a Sono Port for steaming to my home system. The out from the Port is going to a Schiit headphone amp.

I have another pair of high-end monitor Sennheisers that are so neutral they sound terrible for listening to records.

Something under or around $200...

A friend of mine swears by is Monoprice Planar headphones. I don't know the model but they apparently sound great.

Interesting. I looked at these and had on my long-short list. I’ll check them out.

I've been highly impressed by the durability and longevity of these badboys. Amazing. Not crap.

I found them to be too bright personally and the fake leather started to deteriorate fairly quickly (less than 10 years).

Yeah I have some MSR-7509's and have had to replace the fake leather earpads twice.

I have two pairs and both have had the fake leather deteriorate. However I am now so used to the sound, I don't know what to do
