Will probably catch that when it streams, but the previews.....it doesn't look that interesting.

You may not be its audience. I sure as hell am.

Well, I liked In Bruges and Three Billboards, so I'll check it out.

I’ve been using the recent BFI top 100 as motivation to finally watch several movies that have been on my list for a while. (I’ve already seen 70-some entries on the list.)

Cleo from 5 to 7 was excellent.

Celine and Julie Go Boating sucked. I threw in the towel after what had felt like an hour but was likely less than that.

I was just on a bunch of long-haul flights. Usually a time to catch up on recent films I missed. But instead I watched the new Top Gun film a couple more times. I think maybe a few MCU films, too? I guess I wasn’t wanting to think much.

Anyway, most recently, I just watched Star Trek III for the first time in more than 20 years. It stands up just as well as II and IV, I think. Always used to subscribe to the “even” Star Trek films being the best, but am now thinking maybe II-IV are the best. Need to watch VI again.

I liked it, but not nearly as much as In Bruges.

Quite good, indeed. Something about it tells me I should see it again because there are many subtle things one could miss the first time around.

Once Upon a Time in the West, which I liked well enough but not as much as the Eastwood Leone movies.

Glass Onion. Not as good as Knives Out, mostly because it had too much razzle-dazzle at points, but funnier than Knives Out for sure.

I liked White Noise. Made me want to read the book again.

I watched Z (1969) yesterday. One of those classics I had somehow never got around to. Anyway, it was great.
