I couldn't go either, but here's the skinny:

Fitness hearing for the woman is 4 Jan 2006. Same place, during the 1.30PM session, which means it's sometime after 1.30PM.

The fitness hearing will have some kind of substantial content, and of any of them, it's a good one to have relatively well-attended.

However, it's kind of a formality at this point, since her latest attorneys have dropped her bid to be declared unfit to stand trial. For now, at least.

That was about it, as I understand it. Her family was there, some loved ones of the three guys were there. Many petty criminals made appearances, including a young man who ditched some jury duty and got his ass handed to him by a judge. I guess he avoided the clink, however.

Thanks for your continued interest.

Hugs,

TM

This is a good thing, right? I mean, even in the long run? Or would it have been better for them to lose the bid in court? I guess either way she will go through the sequence.

Thanks so much for the update.

it doesn't really matter, i don't think. they can always mount an insanity defense later. it's kind of good in that it clears away one layer of bullshit for now.
