Leaving their amazing cover versions (many of which I prefer over the originals), Killdozer annoys the shit out of me & I feel like throwing my headphones everytime I 'try', to like them. I am probably missing the lyrical content which everyone seems to be in awe of, because I just can't go beyond the ordinary music. Live might be a totally different experience. Tom Verlaine needs to stick that same same cactus down his throat. Ideal polyandry triple: Michael Gerald & Tom Verlaine marrying Joanna Newsom.

I love Bedhead, I mean it's a band whose music I adore & have listened to the mostesttt, music which has helped me out of imsomnia into comatomia on many occasions...something I would still love had they been writing songs about Diarrhea induced discomforts ....just because the music was so beautiful.

I am unable to appreciate The New Year in the same way, from the one album that I have heard, "The end is near"....it's all the good lyrics with above average music (-sinking ship, -parts of 18, -few others parts here & there)...unlike bedhead where the stnnng music made all the difference (the well penned lyrics are a bonus).

There are so many brilliant moments on all the Bedhead albums (& I don't know the lyrics to most). Still, I really like the New Year, it just that it pales in comparison to Bedhead.

I like Notorious B.I.G. more than I like Fugazi.

I like Wu-Tang more than I like Joy Division.

This disturbs me about a billion times more than anything else I've read in this thread. In fact, it makes me sad inside, like when you see a little kid in high-waters and glasses walking into a junior high gym.

Yeah it's almost as bad as the Smash Mouth appreciation earlier.
I mean, Jesus.
I'd rather hear these people had molested children, that would make more sense and be less disgusting.

I think Helmet sound like Black Sabbath played by math teachers.

Radio Birdman are a Stooges tribute act.

The Jesus Lizard make think of The Birthday Party so much i sold my vinyl of Liar and I regret it.

Lubrciated Goat are the most under-rated band ever.

I Hate Pavment because they sound a castrated version of the Fall.

I would currently rather listen to field recordings of hicks singin traditional songs than most other music

You really know how to hurt a guy, BC.

Would now be a good time to ask you what kind of sounds you're going to create with that new ultra-bass?

Edited to fix my fucked up quoting job.

I downloaded Goat via Amazon for $8.99 thanks to this board and I can't get into it.

I'd rather listen to Screeching Weasel than The Ramones.

Los Crudos may be the best Chicago band of the 90s. That's right, a hardcore band...

Since this post will likely get me banned, it's been nice knowing you all...
