Cool:
Had my first kiss in kindergarten.
I was placed in GT classes during the 3rd grade and was quickly kicked out for being obnoxious.
I won my middle school's geography bee in 7th and 8th grade. Never made it to the state championship though.
Got my first C in high school during my 12th grade year in calculus.
I still graduated with a 3.87 GPA.
I was also voted "Most Unique" by my class mates during senior year. My female counterpart had died a year earlier. I was pissed and made a big stink about it because I was actually friends with her unlike all the people who made a big deal about her death.
My old band has opened up for Rock*A*Teens, Pram, Most Secret Method, Enemymine, Telegraph Melts and a few more I've probably forgotten.
I'm listening to The Bitter Tears cd for the 7th time in less than 24 hours.

Not Cool:
I only have a vague idea of how many girls I've slept with.

- I staged a silent protest complete with protest signs (they said "NO!") on my school bus in 3rd grade after our bus driver declared that we were not allowed to talk at all on the bus rides. This occured with no help from my parents however when my mom came to meet me in the principles office she tore them a new asshole and said that I should be applauded for protesting peacefully

- I played bass with Link Wray and ate BBQ with him on his 70th birthday

- I have hung out with Rockette Morton from the Magic Band twice

- I once won a crab leg eating competition (however I did shit the bed at the hotel after trying to fart...three cups of melted butter will do that)

- I talked about old dub records with Ian MacKaye for at least 30 minutes

- I found a pair of prosthetic legs at a thift store in high school and still display them prominently

- I shared a bathroom with Todd Trainer, at their WNUR performance.

- I won the Spelling Bee at my school in the 6th grade.

- I told Steve that I own all of the Shellac records, to which he said, "well, you've got some dogs there." I also attempted to help Steve carry his amp down the stairs at Centrum, but it was too heavy for me.

- I gave Greg a Mountain Dew during Ballydowse's recording sessions. He offered to pay me for it, but I declined.

- I made buttons for Dianogah. Jay gave me a sweet Pedro The Lion poster, which I still own (framed, of course.)

- My fiancee was a contestant on Jeopardy! Air date: January 10, 2005.

- I was the editor, layout editor, and photographer for my high school newspaper and yearbook.
