That happened to me recently and I'm lucky I didn't get hurt by the idiot driver who entered the ramp at full speed.

People who wait until they're on the freeway to speed up, or slow down before taking the off-ramp (usually the same people). That's literally what the ramps are for. This is where 95% of all traffic jams start. Also people who go below the posted speed in the center or left lanes. Sorry, unless you're moving over because of an emergency vehicle, you have no place left of the far-right lane. If you want to pass someone even slower than you, then you need to speed up to the posted speed or deal with it.That's where the other 5% start.

People slow down a mile back, as if the quarter mile of off-ramp isn't enough time to get from 60 to 30.

Amen. Fuck these people. The Taconic State Parkway is filthy with them.

I would welcome an aftershave thread. I d like to start using something that smells nice, but not too overbearing. When I had a beard, I used a beard conditioner that smelled fantastic. I don t do beards anymore (last gf preferred them, but current gf won t have them, and it s too damn hot around here anyway), but I d still like to put a nice stank on my face.

If you're 30, get a grip.I shave once or twice a week, tops, and my skin is super sensitive so I use a good (and great scented) aftershave and it smells for a while, but not too long. I'd love to use an unscented one that also conditioned by skin well, but I can't find one. I don't mean a lotion, I mean a splash with alcohol in it. I've tried witch hazel, and it's OK. Vodka in a pinch works really well, too, but I haven't experimented with it long-term.
