I noticed I have "Witch" (2015) on my Netflix list so yesteay instead I've finally watched it (instead of endlessly scrolling <sighs) - I'm way late to the party but it is really good. It's clear it an author's creation and director/writer has an honest interest and knowledge about what's in the film. Cast is superb, cinematography is excellent and so is the music (although at times it seemed to horrorish for the movie).

Only thing I'm not sure of is the 3 scenes with the witchy witch (one right at the beginning, one with her in seductive form, and a brief moment towards the end when characers are locked at night) - seems to me like the film would have worked exactly the same without them, but I defintely plan on rewatching. More of stuff like that, please.

Oh, and it's 90 minutes long or so. Eat that, Batman 2022.

Jackass 2.5, 3.5 and 4.5 are all streaming on Netflix. They're all a combination of behind-the-scenes/stunts that didn't make it into their respective movies. All are worth your time if you like that kind of silly shit (that's me). (However, only the first Jackass film is streaming there.)

Thanks for the heads-up.. I forgot Jackass 4.5 was being released. Something else to watch!

I love hearing about the Witch! It was filmed close to where my parents live, which makes visiting there terrifying!

AGREE! Especially the further it gets, but I also liked that it started out more horror and darker than the previous seasons. I'm also enjoying some of the direct visual refences to movies of the time, but can see how that might grate on some people.

Winning Time: The Rise of the Lakers Dynasty is great even if you're a Celtics fan.

So far, so good.
Agreed.
Yesterday's episode was great.

Happy to hear that another season is being ordered, though I'm kind of getting tired of the "child gets kidnapped by bad person, rescued by (good) person" plot line.

Man, when they first entered the Creel house it was pure 'It'. I imagine there have been countless references I've missed. Definite nods to Spielberg at his best in Season 3.
