So the other day in an interview, Kamala is pressed about supporting trans rights and she doesn’t give an affirmative answer, just “I believe in following the law”. The interviewer asks again and she just repeats the nonanswer. Meanwhile in Florida and Texas the “law” is discrimination and removal of access to healthcare :(

Then she says she had “empathy” for Palestinians but won’t change her policies

Then I wake up today and see this:

Fucking piece of shit, I hate this horrible world so much where one of these two assholes gets to have so much power

My blood is going to be boiling going into the voting booth, I hate this so fucking much. I really can’t blame anyone who can’t get themselves to vote because of this depressing, awful shit (though before anyone misconstrues what I mean, I think voting third party or abstaining because one believes it’s the “moral” thing to do or the best course of action is really dumb and I don’t want to encourage that as a strategy. I just can’t blame people for hurting so much though that they just plain don’t want to)

It’s so fucking exhausting hearing people say over and over again that “things will be so much worse for marginalized people under Trump” while the Harris campaign is constantly throwing those same marginalized people under the bus, and then those people turning around and screaming at those marginalized people who didn’t vote that it’s their fault if she loses. Fucking scream at Harris who is the one putting them off instead!!! It’s her fucking job to get people to vote for her, not alienate them!!! Like yes, it is true that things will be worse under Trump, but when both of them are bullying a group of people how the fuck is it their fault if they don’t want to have anything to do with them. Do people not understand the effects depression and trauma have on them (though from firsthand experience, I know the answer is no)? If she needs their votes, then she shouldn’t be fucking doing this shit that only makes it harder for them to vote for her!!!

I hate being in this position so much. I’m voting for her not because I support her, but because she’s the enemy I’d rather have in power between the only two options with a possibility of being in power. Most of the people I know are doing the same, but she’s been angering more and more of my community with this shit (including myself) and I’m seeing more people express distress with voting at all, and more friends have confided in me that they just want to kill themselves and get off this horrible planet. I lapse into similar feelings and at this point am pretty sure that when I die it’s almost certainly going to be by suicide. Fucking hell world, no one ever thinks when they have kids they will be tortured and marginalized because of their gender or orientation or disabilities but they almost always choose to roll the dice anyways. I wish I was never fucking born, there’s literally no problems with nonexistence but nope, I just had to exist and now I have to deal with this fucking awful world

So he's abstaining.
It’s DC so he has plenty of room for luxury opinions. Harris will win by 20%.

Dumb how? Dumb like they all want to start wars? Because otherwise opposing starting wars seems like a moral and sensible position unless you work for Lockheed Martin.
