Just today, Facebook caved to government pressure to remove a group dedicated to sharing info about ICE activities in Chicago.

Fuck Facebook and all their affiliated companies.

There’s a least a thousand people lining Rte. 31 in McHenry, IL for ‘No Kings’. Fuck yeah.

I'm sure there was well over 1000 in Valparaiso strung along the 3 blocks from City Hall to the County Courthouse.

I made it back from the protest in Culver City unharmed. No signs of Antifa, unless you count the mothers with strollers.

Tens upon tens of thousands in downtown Chicago. Biggest crowd I’ve seen there other than after the 2016 World Series and maybe Obama’s victory.

Had no idea it would be going on when we booked the ferry and room a few months ago, but the Orcas Island Film Festival is happening this weekend and my partner and I are about to see Guillermo del Toro's Frankenstein a week before it opens in Portland.

I found an arrowhead while puttering around before work this morning. Haven’t identified it yet, but it looks middle archaic, possibly a Travis or Yarbrough point.

Finding an arrowhead automatically makes this a good day, regardless of whatever happens later. I found it in a spot I’ve scanned many times before, but yesterday’s rain stirred things up.

I've had multiple replaced Android phones from failing chargerports to faulty headphone jacks. I was convinced it was planned obsolescence and shitty engineering. Turns out it's just my dirty pockets. I (somewhat) carefully scraped around in the charging port and pulled out lots of tiny dust bunnies. Works again. No more money for you, Samsung!
