Personally I support the Popular People’s Front of Washington DC. Those monsters in the People’s Popular Front of Washington DC are secret capitalists.
Re: Politics
2992Biden does need to shut the fuck up. Anyone can tell exactly what he was trying to say, but his gaffe was clearly going to trigger those fucking vultures.
We're headed for social anarchy when people start pissing on bookstores.
Re: Politics
2993If you watch that clip, his garbled cognitive display is en fuego. He starts with "Puerto Rico, where I'm from...." So totally buy that he didn't MEAN to call half the population of the US garbage...but he does, and doesn't have the capacity to correct course in the moment, which is what would be necessary. I love the grammatical acrobatics they pull to try to spin this in the transcript, but yeah...he just needs to be muzzled. Can you imagine if he was still the candidate?Krev wrote: Thu Oct 31, 2024 9:21 am Biden does need to shut the fuck up. Re: Politics
2994I sincerely wish for Biden to go away and go away mad, but Trump's derangement still needs to be called out at every turn. The hypocrisy and double standards from Shitler's support system when it comes to his diarrhœa of the mouth is astounding.

Re: Politics
2995Right, your post does not contain the specific phrase "Russia is being invaded", it is merely agreeing with the claim that Ukraine is waging war against Russia on behalf of NATO. Clearly a universe of difference there.Curry Pervert wrote: Tue Oct 29, 2024 6:12 pm By all means point me to my quote that says Russia is being invaded.
If not either of those, then what point were you trying to make?

2996I've got enough pokers in the fire, but how could this ever be considered untrue? That they have their own reasons is fair enough, but doesn't preclude the other.kokorodoko wrote: Thu Oct 31, 2024 11:30 am it is merely agreeing with the claim that Ukraine is waging war against Russia on behalf of NATO.

Re: Politics
2997Biden absolutely screwed up with his "garbage" comment. It's not hard to tell what he really meant, but he should stay away from microphones until after Election Day. At least if he's gonna go off script.
Re: Politics
2998I'm asking myself the opposite question. Under no description of the actual situation does this make sense. Russia is waging war against Ukraine, not the other way around.zorg wrote: Thu Oct 31, 2024 2:07 pmhow could this ever be considered untrue?kokorodoko wrote: Thu Oct 31, 2024 11:30 am the claim that Ukraine is waging war against Russia on behalf of NATO.

2999Fair enough, and a valid distinction. Doesn't let the NATO off the hook though.kokorodoko wrote: Thu Oct 31, 2024 2:46 pmI'm asking myself the opposite question. Re: Politics
3000This is the pitfall with contrarian thinking. You have valid complaints against NATO and it tempts you into blaming a country for being attacked. NATO can be bad, Russia can be bad and Ukraine can deserve to have sovereign borders. I hate the tankie reasoning that empathizes with aurocrats.zorg wrote: Thu Oct 31, 2024 2:59 pmFair enough, and a valid distinction.
