the 2:30 breaks between every half inning

This is so bad.

They are late on everything. They cut off commercials when they realize something is happening, and they are even on a delay.

I can get the game on a different network, but I think I am addicted to screaming at Fuck and McLarva through to TV. Also, if I change the channel, I'm afraid I'll miss it when they show the stars of super shitty FOX TV shows in the crowd. Also, if I need to check my own symptoms, and I forget the website, I can always count on Joe Fuck.

Podsednik's throw was plenty strong enough, but just slightly too far up the line. It was very close to being a perfect throw.

It wasn't quite a perfect throw, but it was definitely a perfect slide. A perfect throw would have a had him, but the slide was great.

I'm worried about Lidge - he might be suffering from what I term "Donnie Moore Syndrome." I really don't mean to sound crass, but Donnie Moore exemplifies what I'm talking about, namely, one errant pitch ruining a pitcher's career. It's not like Lidge to give up home runs to consecutive batters. Of course, it's too early to say.

I'll continue to watch and support the Astros, but I admit, they look defeated right now. Maybe three wins at home will snap them out of it. We'll see.

Go, er, Astros.

Edited: I purged the sentence, "We'll know by his next appearance." A bit peremptory, don't you think? Consecutive home runs five days apart, though. We'll see, we'll see.

Oh, you are talking about Donnie Moore the Angel's pitcher. At first I thought you were talking about Little Donny. (Be sure to read the "petition") Cause if that were the case, he'd be the real Big Unit.
