Actually, I mentioned them in the initial response to the question at hand. I'm just sayin'.

A good friend and I discovered Lungfish together when Rainbows from Atoms came out in '92 or '93(?). We flipped our lids over that album! He says he can't stand them anymore, exclaiming: "All their songs sound the same!", to which I respond, "I know! Isn't it awesome!"

I still think Rainbows from Atoms is my favorite, but I must admit I have not heard their latest.

Over the years I've come to realize that I really don't like much of what this label has put out. In my opinion, there aren't even 5 bands on the label itself (Monorchid doesn't count because it was split release with Simple Machines) that are worth listening to.

1. Minor Threat
2. Jawbox (even though I like their Atlantic albums better)
3. Lungfish
4. Fugazi (boring after Steady Diet of Nothing)

Fugazi, Jawbox (Novelty !), Minor Threat, The Evens, Q and not U, Medications, The Nation of Ulysses, Rites of Spring...
Also there are some tracks of "20 Years of Dischord" like Stolen Youth by Deadline (Brendan Canty's first band ?) that I really love.
On the contrary, I'm not a big fan of Make Up (or Weird War that we can see on the first Burn To Shine DVD) and French Toast.

(Sorry for my approximate American/English but it's not my mother tongue  ).
