Ok, I'm gonna make a summary:

cazzo = cock/dick

Cuss words involving god or religion are considered very offensive and should be avoided or at least be very careful when you use them! For example it is absolutely forbidden to use them on TV or radio, whereas you may happen to hear words like "cazzo".

Yes, I think so.
Shit pie means literally "torta di merda". To translate the phrase 'to eat shit pie' you can say "mangiare la merda" or "ingoiare merda" (lit. 'to swallow shit'). The plural of merda is merde, but it is rarely used, as in English I suppose.
Let me see... you can tell someone "siete delle merde", to tell them that they are particularly "shitty", mean or disgusting.
