Even with Lightning Bolt opening.

Fuck you, $25 tickets. You are CRAP.

$25 to fly over 8 people from japan? to rent three entire drumkits? to rent this really specific rare CD player so eye can do his pitch shifter thing? boredoms shows are expensive to put together...

i seem to defend ticket prices (and hoodies) but that doesn't seem like very much money at all...
recording engineers do it at +9@180nW/m

I generally think that taste in music is relative, but this makes me wonder.

next thing you'll hear is someone saying something that should be universally understood to be NC like say John Coltrane, and say that it's self indulgent crap.

I would expect that person to own every Kenny G record.

so, if someone thinks Boredoms are crap, I'm assuming you have very odd taste in music.

the Early Stuff sounds like Flipper on Uppers instead of Downers, the New stuff sounds like the best parts of every Kraut Rock record...

to quote the below: Vision Creation Newsun is a great place to start for what they're doing now. and if you like Brain warping Kraut rock/Sapce rock.

Chocolate Synthesizer is good if you wanna hear how they used to sound.
and a good place to start if you like to hear some of the best noise rock on the planet.
