Well, it did remind me of Shellac yesterday. There were a couple of rhythm centered parts in songs that have a similar feel. But i could as well have said it reminds me of "Then comes dudley" by JL. Reminds me of them, but does not REALLY sound like them.

Yeah, I don't hear the Shellac at all. Or even much Jesus Lizard (aside from the guitars, which are more of a Converge rip off, like I said earlier).
I showed this CD to a customer the other day, and then played them Aesthetics of No Drag and the chick's jaw dropped.

No, sir. Not unless taste goes a long way for you. She's also probably a high-school Junior.
Probably one of 2 girls in her school that listens to goodness instead of the Arcade Fire or the Decemberists or some shit.
Relating to younger kids, especially girls, who grew up listening to Saves The Day and shit is kinda hard, but it feels that much better when they leave your store with the Shipping News or New Brutalism or Evergreen.
