I find this odd. When this record came out it was a good year before a person
could walk around in most parts of New York w/o hearing it. It was probably
as well-played as Paul's Boutique. Love that record.

samples.

Well I find that odd. You must've lived in a pretty rad neighborhood.

i'm willing to bet no-one cares about all of the tim kinsella projects i love, so i'm not going to bother talking about them again.

I love Tim Kinsella's work no matter how arty or pretentious people may think it is. My favorite is Joan of Arc's "Live in Chicago 1999." Such a damn fine record.

i was going to say the same thing and put Live in Chicago 1999 and The Gap in there. but i figured absolutely no one would care. looks like we were wrong.

Yello - Claro Que Si: If you take the Residents off the Ralph Records
roster, this is the single best Ralph record to date. Even with The Residents
on the roster, it's as good as any of the great Resident records. Was recorded
in the golden years of Ralph.

I own, and enjoy rhis record quite a bit.

I really like Circle X's Celestial. I don't know a lot of people who have even heard of Circle X, unless they were from Louisville or Brooklyn.

Celestial is a record I listen to about once a week, and I love it to pieces. I regret not having seen them more than a handful of times. I have given copies of this to many people, and I have convinced several complete strangers to purchase it when I have seen it in the used bin.

Circle X. Completely underrated band.
I make music/I also make pretty pictures

i've got several issues with the XpressWay compilations..

i've met one other person that gives a shit..
and he's the one that turned me on to them..
