not funny at all man, maybe next time
yeah, I know. I read it this morning and just cracked up at the lameness of it. This wasn't the first time. As usual, I blame it on the tsingtao.
Menudomania didn't touch our hearts up here as much as say, 60's- derived 90's grunge did. I didn't consider the possibility of a menudo fan on the prf. I apologize. No offense was intended in that previous post. The first part of the documentary showed them as just regular cholos from the barrio. That counts for alot in my book.
So to sum it up:
Menudo Fans from argentina: Fiercely loyal and good.
BBGS: Good band, Good name. Good songs. Good singer.
I'm being Good: Ask yourself if you would wear this name on the back of your jacket. Three words away from "I'm being good ma, I promise" youtube clips looked good.
Kerble: Good man. Got the heads up on a really good mooger from him.
Polvo: My old band was compared to them in some 'zine. Bought their cds but still haven't heard 'em. My band stood around like showroom dummies. We were good.
