Shellac & Mission of Burma - June 2008 - Spain-France

Dearest Shellac,

Play England sometime. Not London, that's not really part of England. Many years ago we took the smelliest part of the country, cordoned it off and sent all the twats to live there. All they do is saunter around in their pinstripe suits, snort coke off the bonnets (hoods) of their mercedes and hang around in buildings designed from a protestant nun's artistic rendition of an erect penis.

Birmingham sucks too but at least people don't shout nonsense at bands and you don't have to remortgage your children for a thimbleful of warm dr pepper.

stay up,

Russell

Hey! That's a bit nasty!

It's an Audi, not a Merc I'll have you know.

Uh, yeah. So, when I post dates for a shellac trip on this here forum, I do it as an informational courtesy. It's not really a request for help to make the tour longer, or to find out about what other cities on the planet Earth have some shellac fans that would come to a show. We have google maps and google earth and whatnot over here.

Also, I don't post a tour until it is completely booked and sorted out (i.e. start and end dates are definite - plane tickets may be purchased already - any days off are there on purpose for either travel or rest). Things may change very slightly after I post something here, but we're not looking for more shows on an announced trip.

We may be in the UK in the fall. (no suggestions needed - we are familiar with the British Isles)

best,
Bob

Sylvain: I read the weekend tickets are only available at the door? Is this correct?

It might be. I bought my tickets online this morning on http://www.fnac.com but it was for the Shellac gig only.
Actually, the two night tickets are available via phone and at the door only. The single night tickets are already available online.
