I definitely wouldn't have had the stones to do most of the stuff I do now, for work and for play, if I had another kid in the house with me. I had to pretty much DIM from age 12 on, for better or for worse.

As an adult, I wonder what it might be like to have a sibling my age to bounce ideas off of - which is a role my mother plays right now.

I find that highly bizarre.

I was an only child until I was five and haven't gotten over these traits.
